Line and it's Monument, through beautiful landscapes you will descend to this nice valley with houses made of wood, bamboo
and on-site materials. Wioth template and humid climate this is a town with deep touristic vocation. A paradise for bird lovers
because is owner of various international awards. You may also visit the "Mariposario" which is one of the finest collection
of local butterflies, "Orquideario (Orchid's Garden), practice adventure programs (Tubbing, Canopy) or just walk by as well

02.- MINDO – PUERTO QUITO .- This way can
be made also on a 2 hours drive untill reach 500 mosl. While driving you will fins a lot of tropical fruits and other interest
point such as "Cascada Azul" (Blue cascade), etc. CABANAS HELICONIA (CB)
03.- PUERTO QUITO – SANTO DOMINGO DE LOS COLORADOS .-
3 hours driving through plantations of some of the most remarcable agro-exportation products and little coastal towns full
of noise and music, typical elements reflecting the way to be of their inhabitants. Food is perhaps the most remarcable highlight,
because of the tremendous variety of element for cooking: fruits, vegetables, plants, meats, herbs, etc. HACIENDA TINALANDIA

04.- SANTO DOMINGO DE LOS COLORADOS – QUITO .-
“Colorados” (The red ones) belongs to Tsa'chila Community (Real People) that distinguish not only for their costumes
but their own language, the Tsáfiqui. Their colorfull dress and the red of their heads will call your attention. Untill this
days their communities are refuge of traditions at the "shamane's" knowledge. Return trip to Quito can be made in 3 hours.
LANDSCAPES & ETHNIAS: 4 days – 3 nights
Beggining: Daily
01.- QUITO – PAPALLACTA .- This way, 3 hours
driving and stoping, means to climb the Oriental Cordillera till rach the top of the mountains and descend onto the other
side. As simple as magnific. This is a thermal site because the waters of the surrounding volcanoes, some of the still actives.
HOSTERIA LA CAMPINA (AB)
02.- PAPALLACTA – CAYAMBE - OTAVALO .- A
strong change with 3 hours drive until reach one of the most distictives volcanoes of Ecuador: the Cayambe and its indigenous
communities. Landscape is impressive and is a must to taste their famous "bizcochos". Of Otavalo and their people has been
writen so much that is no necesary to say nothing else. HACIENDA CHORLAVI (AB).
03.- OTAVALO.- This day is entirely dedicated to
this zone and for sure will need extra time. Any way you may include: San Pablo and Cuicocha Lakes, Peguche Community, Cotacachi
and far away as Ibarra and Yahuarcocha (Yahuar=blod and Cocha=lake, named because the resistance battle against the Inca empire),
San Antonio de Ibarra, etc. The world of artesany and handmade have international recognition.
04.- OTAVALO – QUITO .- Try the return by
a different way: Tabacundo so you may stop at Cochasqui Ruins. Do not forget to also stop at Calderon for admiring their little
dolls made of a kind of bread called "mazapán".
MARIMBA: 4 days – 3 nights
Beggining: Daily
01.- QUITO – PUERTO RICO.- 4 hours driving
tasting the contrasts from the andean landscapes to coastal plains until reach a peaceful hostery full of peace and tranquility.
You will have the chance to do eco-actitivies. HOSTERIA SHISHINK (AB)
02.- PUERTO RICO – ESMERALDAS .- The road
will carry you from South to North untill reach the representative Province of afro-americans in Ecuador, with their own characteristic
in food, music and folklore. Accommodation in a beach hostery - hostal - hotel.
03.- ESMERALDAS .- Our recommendation is to sped
the moorning enjoying the beach. In the afternoon, perhaps the best will be to know other ones close by. Do not hope to find
out big beach hotels and infraestructure because this area is still oppening to tourism.
04.- ESMERALDAS – QUITO .- Way back to Quito,
where you will arrive after 6 hours driving including stops.
TAMBOS, HACIENDAS & SOMETHING ELSE: 6 days– 5 nights
Beggining: Daily
01.- QUITO – COTOPAXI / LATACUNGA (Provincia: Cotopaxi) .-
The only one thing that will be imposible to confirm will be a sky without clouds so you can admire enterily the beauty of
this landscapes, dominated by the colosus of 5.897 mosl. Rounding it a lot of hosteries (From historical ones to andinist's
lodges) full of charm, tradition and folklore. Various indian markets, dependinf the day of the week will croos by your itinerary.
We already know that the box of your car will be full of gifts with artesany and hand-made memories.
02.- COTOPAXI / LATACUNGA – BANOS / PATATE (Provincia: Tungurahua)
.- Alexander Von Humboldt wrote a lot regarding this places, anyway there is a distinctive mark: The Route
Of The Volcanoes. This is the chance to discover it by yourself. At the end of the day, relax and peaqce are waiting for you
to recover forces.
03.- BANOS / PATATE - HUIGRA / PALLATANGA (Provincia: Chimborazo)
.- Fron the Oriental Andes to the Coastal Andes. Mountains, valleys, andean little town, plains. Something
else more attractive¿??
04.- HUIGRA / PALLATANGA – BALSAPAMBA / GUARANDA (Provincia:
Bolívar) .- The second in-gate from the sierra to the coast. Films of bio-diversity and an important milk-centre
production in Ecuador.
05.- BALSAPAMBA / GUARANDA – LASSO / SALCEDO .-
Time to think on return, but before that, the last chance to enjoy of the cordiality and friendly people by a stop at a beautiful
hostery with an impressive natural lanscape and surroundings.
06.- LASSO / SALCEDO – QUITO .- There is
still time to keep safe in your camera the best moments and memories of this trip. Arrive to Quito.
